Welcome to F-2-S Women

Abuse is not of God

This is for Christians and Non-Christians

Steps to Freedom

First: ~~~~~~~You must know that you can’t get through this without God.~~~~~~

Scriptures to Help:

God does not condone physical, emotional, or verbal abuse:

Psalm 11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

Zephaniah 1:9 In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit.

Psalm 37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

Proverbs 10:6 Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

Proverbs 10:11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

Matthew 5:21,22

Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Real Love: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Repentance: 1John 1:9, Acts 3:19, Luke 13:3

Know how Jesus feels about you: John 8:1-59, Hebrew 8:12, Psalm 103:10-12

Please know that this is going to be painful but remember the price Jesus paid for you and deem yourself more valuable than being that person's punching bag. The word of God declares that we are beautiful and wonderfully made by our Heavenly Father who makes no mistakes. God knows your desires better than you do but are you willing to die to your flesh and do things His way. If you are desiring your abuser, you have established soul ties that must be broken or your life is in danger.

Letting go, may be uncomfortable but I assure you it will be everlasting and not abusive.

Second: ~~~~~~~~Repent~~~~~~~

Now after you have repented, you must complete the next step.

Scriptures: 1 John 1:9, Acts 3:19

Third: ~~~~~~~~Forgive~~~~~~~~

Scriptures: Matthew 6:14-15, Ephesians 1:7, Mark 11:25

Consider yourself rescued by God not hurt

Scripture: Colossians 1:13-14, Psalm 103:12, Micah 7:18-19

If Applicable Pray To: ~~~~~~~~Break the Soul Ties~~~~~~~

Denounce & Renounce any covenants made with the person. Renounce means to reject and stop using or consuming or refuse to recognize or abide by any longer.

Example: If you have told him/her that you will love them forever. This is a covenant according to Provers 6:2.

This requires you getting rid of any gifts received by him/her.

The gifts can hold the soul ties even after it has been renounced.

Finally you have to verbally renounce the soul ties. Jesus said whatsoever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatsoever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Here’s how to verbally renounce your soul ties in Jesus name.

I (Your Name) now renounce and loose myself from any ungodly soul ties formed between myself and (him/her name), and I break these ungodly soul ties in Jesus name.

~~~~~~~~~After Breaking the Soul Ties~~~~~~~~~
Ask God for healing:
Scriptures: 1 Peter 5:10, Psalm 34:17-20, John 14:27, Psalm 51:10, Mark 11:24.
~~~~~~~~~~~Final Step~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Restoration

The final step of your healing process is asking God for restoration

Scripture: Isaiah 61:7, Joel 2:25-26, and Psalm 51:12
